For Marc, cycling is a way of life! He started mountain biking in his home town of Montreal, Canada as a way to further enjoy his love of nature.  He later began road cycling after being introduced to triathlon when he moved to Austin, and has been a competitive road cyclist ever since.  Marc also races Cyclocross in the off-season and he thoroughly enjoys the technical aspects of it. When Marc is not on his bike you can find him designing hardware for the semiconductor industry as he is also an electrical engineer.
 


Paul Duva Category 2
Age 46
Racing since 2001
Paul began racing after discovering cycling relatively late in life as part of his physical therapy following the reconstruction of his ACL after a snow skiing accident. Paul spent the first part of his life building his career as an executive in the information technology outsourcing industry which took him all over the world. He currently lives in Austin, TX were he is married with two children. When he is not on his bike, Paul provides management consulting services and keeps his passport current.
 


Ken Germond Category 4
Age 51
Racing since 2007
Ken moved to Austin from Canada, via California, in 1995 and returned to obsessive levels of cycling in 2004 after a few years off the bike.  Racing provides Ken with the competitive outlet he needs to stay sane.  He is married with two teenage children, two dogs and a cat.  When not with the family or cycling Ken is busy at work as an IT executive in the semiconductor industry.


Kelly Kerby Category 4
Age 41
Racing since 1998
Kelly, is a native Texan who grew up in the Midland/Odessa area. He got started in cycling through and interest mountain biking back in the mid 90's. But by the late 90's, the biking went from just riding to racing and training where he also discovered racing on the road. He currently still competes on the mountain bike where he is a Category 1 and also loves to compete in his new favorite winter past time, cyclocross. Kelly is married with two young sons and also works for The University of Texas at Austin where he does network security for the campus.
 


Mark Melton Category 4
Age 42
Racing since 1996
Mark began racing motorcycles at age 4 and by time he was 18 was competing in the 125cc AMA Supercross for Team Honda. He then left the sport to focus on earning his degree in electrical engineering. Upon graduating, Mark moved to Texas from Indiana in 1996 and began racing mountain bikes  with road cycling following shortly thereafter. Mark has also ran several marathons. He is currently the co-founder of an investment management firm that trades securities, derivatives and currencies worldwide. He lives in Austin where he is married with two children.
 

Antonio Latto Category 3
Age 40
Racing since 1989
Tony began racing while in undergraduate school at Clemson University. He raced all throughout the South East during this time. He also enjoyed time racing for Clemson University culminating to qualifying for the National
Championships his last 2 years in College. He continued to race while continuing his studies in Graduate School at NC State University. Tony has lived all around the US and has finally moved down to Austin Texas in 2007 from the cold North East to work as an Industrial Designer at Dell. He is married , he has two daughters and two dogs. He enjoys the year round riding of Texas and has settled in nicely calling this his home now.
 


Will Visser Category 3

Racing since 1979
Will began racing for Texas A&M University cycling team in 1978 while earning his Bachelors Degree in Engineering. As Will began his career in Dallas, he continued to Bike Race and began to compete in Triathlons at a professional level. Currently, Will is in the high tech profession in Austin, TX where he enjoys balancing his racing with being a husband and father of two children. 
 


Mike Weiss Category 3
Age 46
Racing since 1994
Mike started competing in triathlon in 1987, and made the switch to road cycling 1994 as he really enjoyed the team aspect of competitive cycling. Mike really enjoys just riding his bike and the fruits of his labor (countless hard training sessions) while inflicting pain on his opponents! Mike moved to Austin in 2007 from Southern California in conjunction with a career opportunity. When not on his bike, Mike manages the Big Red warehouse in SanAntonio .
 


Mark Wiggans Category 2
Age 40
Racing since 1986
Mark is a longtime road race and cyclocross specialists who lives to race in harsh conditions. He is a native Texan who has continued competitive cycling through academics, receiving a Master's of Science. Mark now looks forward to competing at the elite master's ranks. His daytime world revolves around network performance management software.
